How long until I get my custom made dress or hat
Custom dresses can take from 3 week to 2 months depending on differnt factors.If I'm ordering custom print fabrics for your dress, it can take up to 10 days, then I create special pattern for your size and finally make your dress. I will try to deliver you your dress soon as possible and I will keep you informed via e-mail or Facebook about the stage your dress is in. For making the custom hats is 6 - 10 days for sinamay hats and 6 - 12 days for wool felt hats.

Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping to our customers if their order is over £500, if it doesn't include any special action or deal. The shipping for other orders is between £4-£15, depends on item.We use courier or Royal Mail, always sign for.For the other European countries is shipping £30. Delivery in 2-3 days. If the order is over £ 600 the delivery is free.

Returns

We don't acccept returns of custom made clothes and hats, but if you accidentaly rip your clothes or need to adjust it, we offer free service up to 1 month of the day you received your dress. After this period we offer this service for a fee of £20.
